Tasmanian apprenticeships are opportunities for a person of any working age to train, earn an income and gain a nationally recognised qualification in a wide range of commercial fields and traditional trades.
As an apprentice, you are required to commit to an apprenticeship for a normal duration of four years’ full-time employment. During your apprenticeship, you work on specific units of competency as per your training plan with a registered training organisation (RTO).
If you are successful in an application with TasBGAS, you will be employed by TasBGAS and placed with the host employer where you will complete your on-the-job training.
