The aim of our Regional and Agribusiness Traineeship Program is to train up and develop recent graduates, by giving them a first class experiencing which will set them up for success moving into an Associate role within the team.
If successful you’ll be working closely with our high performing Regional Bankers and Agribusiness Bankers in regional areas of Australia – you will initially be provided with a structured learning and development program and one-on-one mentoring with a past trainee.
