Study links nature with improved mental health

The results of a 30 year study are out.

It concludes that children who grow up surrounded by lots of green space, could have a lower incidence of  psychiatric disorders in adolescence and adulthood.

But don’t worry, if you don’t live surrounded by green space. Taking time out in nature and spending time outdoors will benefit you as well.
