Edith Cowan University will be running a brewing short Course at their Joondalup Campus, this coming July.
The course will cover all aspects of the brewing process from malting to finished product and will cover practical problem-solving sessions for common brewing faults.
The course will run from Monday 22 to Friday 26 of July.
