Teen Gym is a program for 12-15 year olds, aimed at teaching participants how to correctly use equipment in gyms. This program is fully supervised by a qualified personal trainer, and seeks to build confidence for youths in a gym environment.
The program covers:
- Correct technique while using pin loaded equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights.
- Program basics – How to set out a workoutto achieve personal goals.
- Gym-etiquette – How to behave while using a gym.
The program runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm, excluding school holidays.
