The University of Melbourne now offers Graduate Degree Packages. This means that, depending on your results at the end of year 12, you may be offered a place in one of their graduate degrees as part of your undergraduate application.
This means you can start your undergraduate degree and know that there is a guaranteed place in the graduate program for you once you finish. But they also offer the flexibility for you to withdraw from the package if you change your mind after completing your undergraduate degree.
For example, if you leave school with an ATAR of 96.00 and above, you’ll be able to enrol in a Bachelor of Science/Master of Engineering pathway. Your Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) in the Master of Engineering is therefore secured.
The ATAR score you need varies from 95.00 to 99.85 depending on which course you would like to enrol in. If you’d like to check out a full list of the packages available and the score you will need, you can view that here.
