New scholarship available for Indigenous Higher Degree by Research students

The University of Canberra has launched a new scholarship to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are looking to pursue a higher degree by research.

The Indigenous Australian Higher Degree by Research Stipend Scholarship is open for applications now for students undertaking a PhD or Master by Research course in any discipline at the University of Canberra.

The scholarship awards a living allowance of up to $30,000 per year for the duration of the course, and an additional $10,000 worth of research funding.

Applications are open until Monday 30 September.
