Reflex Fiction is a quarterly international flash fiction competition for stories between 180 and 360 words run by independent publisher, Reflex Press.
The competition is always open for entries and operates on a choose your own entry fee system. They offer generous cash prizes to their competition winners:
- Winner: £1,000
- Second: £500
- Third: £250
- (or the equivalent in your local currency)
Flash fiction is a style of fiction defined by its brevity. Reflex Fiction has set a word limit of between 180 and 360 words for their competition. You must be 16 years or older to enter.
