Getting a Good Night’s Sleep

Sick of always feeling like you’ve woken up on the wrong side of the bed? A good night’s sleep can be one of the most important things for your wellbeing!

In fact, getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night can help you feel more productive, more energised and much happier. But what are the tricks to getting a good night’s sleep?

Queensland Health has written an excellent blog about the importance of catching Zs. Here’s a quick summary of their top 5 tips for a restful night:

  1. Be active during the day
  2. Have a consistent sleep routine
  3. Try mindfulness
  4. No caffeine after 3pm
  5. Less screen time before bed
