Your Mental Health Matters

In fact, according to Orygen Research’s latest survey, up to 80% of young people reported that their studies had been affected in the past year by issues such as stress, lack of energy, anxiety, and panic.

Remember that there are plenty of resources out there that can help you through times like these. We’ve gathered some here that you might want to take a look at.
