Participate in the Push Up Challenge

Challenge yourself to complete 3,318 push-ups over 25 days, putting the spotlight on the number of suicides in Australia 2019.

You can aim for 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the push-up target. Other exercise alternatives are welcome. Complete your push-ups any time and any place. Track push-ups using our phone app.

Each day, you will learn about mental health as the push-up target relates to a vital mental health statistic in Australia.

Take part solo or with a group. Having a bunch of friends involved helps with the motivation and banter. You can sign up as a team or get your entire workplace, gym, sports club, or school involved by creating a Community.
