Little Stories Big Ideas is a flash fiction competition where Australian Secondary School Students write a story to a theme in any literary form they like – poetry, prose, song, even haiku. FREE to enter with great prizes on offer from generous sponsors. The competition is split into a Junior Division (Years 7 to 9) and a Senior Division (Years 10 to 12) and runs every term. Term 3’s theme is ‘Alien’ which students are free to interpret in any way they like.

Entries close Friday October 1 at Midnight. Cash prizes of $100 plus Bookstore Vouchers and more.
