How and why you might need to register for the SAT

Australian students who’d like to apply to study at universities overseas may well need to complete an SAT exam as part of the application process.

What is the SAT?

The SAT is a standardised, multiple-choice, pencil-and-paper entrance exam that’s widely used for college admissions in the United States (and some other countries).

Key Dates:

Test dates for 2022 are coming up on 12 March and 7 May but you’ll need to register by 11 February and 8 April respectively.
