The National Career Institute have published a Career Education self-assessment tool which you can use to identify strengths in your program and also if there are any areas which could be improved.
We know that many Career Leaders are under the pump in schools, and after two years of Covid it’s probably not realistic to expect schools to be performing at the standards set out in the tool, however there are some good points to consider and we feel that the tool could be useful for schools that are reviewing their programs and looking to expand them going forward.
