With this year’s NAIDOC theme, Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! it is a great way to reflect on how you can incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art in the classroom in a culturally appropriate manner.
A great starting point is AGSA’s free resource, The Essential Introduction to Aboriginal Art, which was developed in collaboration with leading First Nations curators.
