If you are interested in the aviation industry and not sure where to start, you are already in the industry and looking for some professional development, or you are looking for a career change, then the SOAR Mentoring Program could be for you.
The program boasts experienced, knowledgable mentors from all areas of the industry. Successful Mentees will be matched with a Mentor, who will either match their desired/actual aviation discipline or have a skill set that responds to the your professional development, challenges or education needs.
The program is open to all girls and women from 15 years and older.
Each Mentoring program session runs for 6-months – February to July and August to January each year, and expressions of interest can be submitted at any time.
