QTAC processes applications for admission to most undergraduate and postgraduate courses in tertiary institutions throughout QLD and northern NSW.
QTAC also calculates and provides the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) for QLD school leavers.
You can also apply for the Educational Access Scheme (EAS) and the Rural and Regional Enterprise Scholarships Program (RRESP) through QTAC.

Undergraduate (domestic Year 12 applicants):

- Standard applications (until 28 Feb 2023): $47
- Late applications (1 March 2023 onwards): $81
- First three change of preference: Free
- Fourth and subsequent change of preference: $47

How to apply
Set up your QTAC account – you can’t do this on a tablet or mobile, so you’ll need a PC.
You will need your Learner Unique Identifier (LUI) number – it won’t accept your EQID or USI.
List up toย SIXย preferences – to maximise your chances of getting an offer list all six preferences.
Rememberย – you can change these later.
Submit your application and pay the processing fee, and don’t forget to upload any supporting documents.
