Those expenses can include non-deferrable costs such as textbooks, uniforms, computer equipment, internet, equipment or travel costs associated with compulsory residential schools and unpaid work placements.

Swinburne Malcolm Styles Local Government Scholarship

The Malcolm Styles Local Government Scholarship aims to support a regional or rural-based (preferably) engineering student studying in a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Professional) with an interest in local government.

UTAS Larry Knight Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship has been endowed by the Australian Government in memory of Larry Knight, who was killed in the Beaconsfield Mine disaster in April 2006. Funding for the scholarship was provided by the Australian Government Department of Education.
