2019 Tasmanian Summer Retreat – Mindfulness

On retreat teens have the opportunity to learn mindfulness meditation – a scientifically proven awareness and concentration practice which has shown to calm an active mind, foster resilience and lower feelings of stress, worry and depression.
The retreat includes periods of silence, sitting and walking meditation, small group discussions, creative workshops and daily yoga classes. To ensure teens receive the highest quality support, guidance and mentoring, the Tasmanian retreat includes a 2 to 1 teen/staff ratio. We have approximately 40 spaces available – we hope to see you there!
