MRAEL are excited to have launched a new The Bavarian Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program. We are thrilled to bring this program to life with Pacific Concepts and be able to develop future Chefs and upskill young talent. You will work with senior Chefs and a supportive team, have the leadership and guidance of a Culinary Mentor and be supported for the duration of your Apprenticeship or traineeship.
What’s on offer?
Hospitality Traineeship – Certificate III in Hospitality
This Traineeship reflects the role of individuals who have a range of well-developed front of house food and beverage service and sales skills combined with sound product knowledge.
You will gain a range of hands on experience and skills within the workplace whilst completing a Certificate III in Hospitality.
Apprentice Chef – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
As an apprentice chef, you will work alongside qualified chefs assisting in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. This position provides the opportunity to learn and build experience in a commercial kitchen environment. We are looking for a passionate individual who is wanting to develop knowledge in commercial cookery. Most importantly working as an apprentice chef will give you the skills and knowledge to one day run your own kitchen!
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a qualified chef.
