Flinders DST Scholarship for Commencing Students

About

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students commencing the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Electronic Systems and Security), Bachelor of Science (Physics) combined degree.

Value

Each scholarship will have a value of $3,000 paid in equal instalments after the census date of each semester. 10 scholarships will be available per year for the duration of the funding.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be:

  • Australian citizens or permanent residents.
  • commencing the first year of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Electronic Systems and Security), Bachelor of Science (Physics) combined degree; and
  • normally enrolled full-time at Flinders University.

Students who are enrolled part-time as a result of exceptional circumstances will be considered. Exceptional circumstances may include (but is not limited to) disability, illness or carer responsibilities. Pro-rata benefits will be paid in these instances.

The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Eligible scholarship applicants will be ranked according to their ATAR, GPA or other entry pathway.
