$10,000 scholarship awarded to school-leavers with an outstanding performance in the NSW Higher School Certificate Examination (ATAR 99.90) or equivalent.

No application is required. These scholarships are awarded automatically following the release of ATAR results.

Value

This scholarship is valued at $10,000 per annum for the duration of an undergraduate degree (including combined undergraduate degrees). It can be deferred for up to two years.

Recipients will also receive priority access to accommodation near campus and leadership programs.

Eligibility Criteria

You must:

have achieved an ATAR (or equivalent) of 99.90 or above
be a current school leaver
have a University of Sydney course on your UAC application preferences
be a domestic student (including citizens of New Zealand who are applying through UAC).
not be in receipt of Sydney Scholars

Note: All recipients of this scholarship are expected to maintain an excellent academic record, with a Distinction Level Semester Average Mark (75).
